What should you do if something goes wrong: In accordance with the statutory requirements of the Financial Service Providers (Registration and Dispute Resolution) Act 2008, Moynahans Insurance Services is a member of an independent dispute resolution scheme operated by Financial Services Complaints Ltd (“FSCL”), approved by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs. If at any time during the term of engagement you are dissatisfied with the service you receive from me, I would encourage you to contact me so that we can work with you to resolve it. We have 40 days to respond to your complaint but will undertake to respond within 10 working days. If you are not satisfied by our response, you may refer the matter to FSCL by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling FSCL on 0800 347 257. Full details on how to access the FSCL scheme can be obtained on their website www.fscl.org.nz. There is no cost for you to use the services of FSCL.

Contact the Securities Commission for more information, including tips and warnings.
